Does the app receive or transfer money?
No. Jamiya is an organizing tool only: it records who paid and whose turn it is, and reminds members. Payment happens between you in whatever way you choose, and the platform does not guarantee the amounts.
How do I join a circle?
The organizer sends you an invite link like jamiyajo.com/j/... Open it, sign in with your phone number, and you join directly if a seat is free.
Why do I have to verify my phone number?
So every member is a real person known to the others. Your number is never shown to anyone, but your name and commitment record are visible to the members of your circle.
How are turns decided?
By a draw inside the app whose result all members see at the same moment, or by an order the organizer sets by hand.
How do I delete my account?
Send us a request by email or WhatsApp from the same registered phone number, and we delete your account and data. Data of completed circles stays as a record for the other members.
Which devices is the app available on?
Android and iOS. Download it from the home page. The website only shows general information; the circle is managed from the app.
